Submission Deadline: January 2, 2009

Required Documentation:

  • Copy of Official Transcript
  • Proof of Adoption or Foster Care (Court Document, etc.)
  • (2) Letters of Recommendation from faculty/teachers
  • (1) Personal Letter of Recommendation (Work, Community Involvement or Pastor - cannot be family members or friends)
  • Application MUST be completed in full and received by deadline in order to be considered.
